61. No chartered appraiser shall use or allow to be used, in his advertising, any endorsement or statement of gratitude in his regard or in regard of persons who carry on their activities within the same partnership or joint-stock company as the chartered appraiser, save awards for excellence and other prizes received in recognition of a contribution or achievement, the honour of which is reflected on the profession as a whole.
